The web-based one has never worked so far. Only the "Data" upload page works. Can you comment on what's wrong? or it is just no longer being maintained?

Hi, Can you send me the files you uploaded?

Sincerely, YB

Thanks a lot for your swift comment, YB. Your comment pointed my attention to compare the package default document and my own files. I have fixed the discrepancy. It works now.

I do have another request however -- I am quite curious about the inspiration for the various custom functions that is used in the package. Can you please share the supporting paper(s) that details the pipeline followed for the analysis and the intuition behind it?

While I know that many of them stem from popularly known functions for sequence data analysis, I am curious to see the structure it follows in terms of arriving at the pipeline and the arguments for how they are properly interpreted.

Also, are you able to include the MOTIF analysis on the Web version?

Look forward to it.
