Write the documentation on hash and hash map of data strecture #107

here is the Hash/HashMapDay14 1/7 Readme.md you need to provide the notes regarding this, you can put gifs or images so the user can understand how exactly the hashing algorithms work also write some code snippets for understanding, following are the points which must be covered.

Note:- if you want to add media(image/gifs/png) keep them in C-DAC-Notes/Data structure/Media/

Thanks @shreeshailaya! I have, for now, added the link to the forked repository's Image. If approved and merged, please update the links to the images. I am not sure why a Maven build fail on updation to a ReadMe file. It states some issue with the connection. I will look into that issue if the pipeline again fails.
