When completing registration for an event by filling out a form, the talent has to fill out a form, in which one of the fields is a birth day. The talent is able to put any date of birth they want, including dates in the future and submit the form without any issues (registration completes). It should not be possible to enter a date that is in the future for the date of birth, since that is not logically possible in real life.
