finalize player rig and add IK With limits.

IK values were converted from radians to degrees, no code has to be changed, ill just have to divide all values by 57.3

For demo rig file with IK

when loading map unplug ssao node from postprocessing (when ever I export, it adds another ssao effect causing issues)
copy hand targets and apply rotation to hands
once hand rotation is set align the gun model properly
