Welcome to the Issue Tracker!

This repository is used to track and address any issues or bugs that may arise in our project.

How to Submit an Issue

If you have encountered an issue or bug in the project, please follow these steps to submit it:

  1. Make sure that the issue has not already been reported by searching through the existing issues.
  2. If the issue has not been reported, create a new issue by clicking the "New Issue" button.
  3. Provide a clear and concise title for the issue.
  4. In the issue description, provide as much detail as possible about the issue, including:
    • Steps to reproduce the issue
    • Expected behavior
    • Actual behavior
    • Any relevant error messages or screenshots
  5. Assign any relevant labels to the issue, such as the type of issue (e.g. bug, feature request) or the affected component.
  6. Submit the issue.

How to Address an Issue

If you are a member of the project team and have been assigned to address an issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Confirm that the issue has not already been resolved by checking the issue's labels and comments.
  2. If the issue is still open, assign it to yourself and set the "In Progress" label.
  3. Reproduce the issue and gather any necessary information to understand and resolve it.
  4. Develop a fix or workaround for the issue, and test it to ensure it resolves the issue.
  5. Update the issue with the resolution, including any relevant code changes or additional information.
  6. Close the issue, and set the "Resolved" label.
