Be careful with the CDC hospitalization data

In #5 we added a method to bring in hospitalization data from CDC FluServ. This is not the gold standard -- not the data that will be used for model evaluation (see the FluSight guidance). This data does bring in historical data going back to 2014, where the HHS data is limited to 2020-2021. (@vpnagraj has a link that describes differences between

• Stop exporting the function. We're not currently using it.
• For now, issue a warning at the top of the function to run once per session whenever it's called.
• Both ☝️

Hey @vpnagraj I'm voting that we stop exporting this function. We're not using it anywhere, and before the rest of the team starts working with this package I'd like to make it obvious that this isn't the data we should be using.
