Hello,

From CC3100/CC3200SimpleLink™ Wi-Fi®Internet-on-a-Chip User's Guide:

16.11TransceiverModeLimitations
• The user can open one transceiver socketin the system.
• The length of a received packet will be trimmed if it exceeds 1472 bytes.
• Cannot transmit frame over 1472 bytes and below 14 bytes.
• If using the SimpleLinkstudio, note that the maximum throughputof the SPI is 5~6Mbps,so in a crowded WIFI medium, there will be packet loss.
• The transceiver will not open in connection or connected mode. Notice that auto-connection mode is also considered as connected mode, even if not connected.
