Outlined some colors for the app. Outlined color coding for frontend/… #20

Added a list of colors to the README. Here is an outline of colors for the site. Use these colors for the design of the site. For example, the header will be black with butter highlights. Text will be Peach. Or whatever looks best.

  Black: #000000
  Butter: #FEDC3D
  Azure: #01ABAA
  Peach: #FEA680

These will be colors for any tags, cards, or text that indicates a technology. So if you sign up on the site saying you are interested in learning Express. You're express tag will be colored Navy. If you can teach React, the tag color will be Green 

  Frontend => Orange: #FFA500
  Backend => Navy: #000080
  Other => Green: #008000

Again, this is just an example. We can change any of this stuff. But this will get us started. These colors are from this website. Number 25
