before views are injected into templates grab all raw views

iterate over views and

if microformat enabled
- write to menu file under data/.menu each of
- url (extracted from file metadata)
- optional title override from title element in view if present (default to filename with first char uppercased - maybe some more processing over name)
- optionally include ordering information in edn filename to help with menu ordering etc (specify possibly in microformat form)
