Macrons are not rendered correctly in README #196

This looks like a problem in the encoding when importing the readme data from GitHub, because the wysiwyg shows the same problem (meaning it's not a missing character in the font)

Still a problem. The theme example has gotten worse.

Definitely an encoding problem. Looking at https://addons.silverstripe.org/add-ons/silverstripe/graphql-devtools, notice that the apostrophe in the first sentence gets rendered as â.

Hopefully it's an argument tweak where the addon builder asks for the readme contents
