Add swiftype search modal

This one was a bit hacky because it has it's own bootstrap CSS and JS.. i've just removed the existing bootstrap modal CSS and JS

• Update toolbar and add search modal include
• Remove duplicate modal CSS
• Remove additional jquery
• Add custom styles to search modal to override additional bootstrap styles
