Updated c-blosc, c-blsoc2, snappy, zstd and zlib #266

This PR makes use of up-to-date libraries. In particular, it uses zstd 1.5.5 which provides a bug fix regarding data corruption in some rare cases

Fixed CI by using macos-11 host (macos-10.15 is no longer available).
