To deploy the whole application locally, you need to run both the hardware and the backend components on the same network.

Network config on the backend machine:

[ ] Connect your backend machine to the local network.
[ ] Use ipconfig command to find the local IP address.

To run the hardware:

[ ] Solder the RFID sensor with the chassis.
[ ] On a breadboard plug the NodeMCU module and the soldered RFID sensor.
[ ] Use jumper cables to follow the wiring from: https://miliohm.com/rc522-rfid-reader-with-nodemcu/
[ ] Update the constans.h file in the Firmware folder with the network credentials and the address of the backend machine.
[ ] Run the GateModule.ino file.

To run the backend:

[ ] Update the launchSettings.json file in the Properties folder with the IP address from the first step.
[ ] Update the constants.js file in the wwwroot folder with the IP address from the first step.
[ ] Make sure you have the following NuGet packages installed
[ ] - Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore.InMemory
[ ] - Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore.SqlServer
[ ] - Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore.Tools
[ ] - Swashbuckle.AspNetCore
[ ] Run the application

To test the whole app:

[ ] Scan an RFID card on the sensor.
[ ] Open the frontend. You should see the card tag in the reports page.
