Add CI to project #18

[x] Continuous Integration (CI) through GitHub Actions.
[x] CI checks that your code compiles or parses.
[x] CI checks that the unit tests are passing.
[ ] master/main is passing / green. (Might delete this off issue later)
[ ] CI "badge" on the README Optional, not sure of adding this to the project yet.
[ ] CI produces code coverage information.
[x] CI performs lint checks.

Been working on this and have been able to tick some of the criterias off, unfortunately as of right now I havent been able to get the code coverage tool NYC (previously Istanbul) to work. Im not sure as to why, but for some reason it is not automatiaclly generating the .nyc_output file (and creating its directory) for me and after alot of troubleshooting without any success I have decided to put codecoverage on ice for now. I am looking into other options though.
