Code coverage not working #30

Look into why code coverage is not working and fix, add comments to problem as more information is obtained.

Not able to get nyc to work, for some reason .nyc_output directory wont get created, should be automatiaclly created when running commands. Decided to remove for now and reconsider other code coverage generating tools for now. Done in commit: d4950e6e609b3c56810832943099c9f6562aca64
