Fix wrong e-mailadres/author in commits #11

My user.name setting in Git wasn't set on all PC's I worked on, some commits have to be fixed.

I've just done this, the only way to do it was a rebase (actually I used filter-branch), so anyone who forked and wants to keep tracking this repo should do a git pull --rebase or if you have made no changes at all simply clone the repo again.
