Document which of Rob's changes to keep and which ones to revert #7

For each change implemented by Rob document whether to keep or revert it and why to do so. During this process compare the changes made by Rob to both the Debian lxc 0.7.5-5 template and the current LXC 0.9.0 debian template.

Goal of this is to end up with the minimal amount of changes that are necessary or useful to apply to the Debian lxc 0.7.5-5 template.
