Rename #:maxiter to #:maximum-iterations to be consistent with URE options.
Add support for EvaluationLink and ListLink.
Unit test, mining pattern from https://github.com/singnet/semantic-vision/blob/master/experiments/opencog/pattern_miner_4_vqa/QA_knowledge_base_v2.scm
