Hi, I work with the TCIA team that is hosting your dataset. In the README.md for the "TCIA Link" you are pointing to a URL that is going to stop working in the next couple of months (wiki.cancerimagingarchive.net). The DOI URL in your dataset citation will continue to work even after our migrate to our new data management system.
Wang, Y., Duggar, W.N., Caballero, D.M., Vengaloor Thomas, T., Adari, N., Mundra, E.K., Wang, H. Also, you might want to leverage https://github.com/kirbyju/TCIA_Notebooks/blob/main/TCIA_Linux_Data_Retriever_App.ipynb or https://github.com/kirbyju/TCIA_Notebooks/blob/main/TCIA_REST_API_Downloads.ipynb as a way to help people download the data without leaving the command line and verify that your code still works based on the way that the directories are named.
