Homer and database postgresql on different hosts #540

Hello. Guys, please, help me understand how correctly use Homer and Postgresql on different hosts. I want to choose docker setup installation, but with postgresql on another remote host.

For that I had created two databases (homer_data and homer_config) on my postgresql server and gave access to these databases for my users. I've stopped on a Create Tables, Populate defaults, Upgrade step, because I don't have any additional packages (in this case homer-app) on my postgresql sever, only postgresql-server package.

So, how correctly create table on my remote postgresql server and use it further in docker-compose file?
