NanoKVM lite does not recognise ethernet #58

I have 5 NanoKVM Lite devices, they do not get a link indicator when plugged into a 10/100 switch, nor do they get a link indicator when plugged into a 1000 switch.

Yes, I used the latest image from the github site.

I have the same problem today, my switch is unmanaged 100/1000/2500 with nanokvm full
