如题，下载了该工程并没发现h264,265的相关SDK功能，只是mjpeg的话网络传输不了1080p的

编解码每家芯片都不同，该工程并不会提供芯片的专用功能示例。

所以如果我要找v831的编解码是要怎么找？tina的v83x的SDK？那个好像只是系统层，用来编译uboot和fs的
