disable old project in Visual Studio Marketplace #11 #9

There are two projects in Visual Studio Marketplace: https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=tomsaunders.vscode-workspace-explorer https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=tomsaunders-code.workspace-explorer I suggest only remain the last for avoid confusion.

Unfortunately I no longer have access to that account, which is why the second one exists and the reason for the note at the top of the README.

Note to All Users This extension is now published and supported under the name workspace-explorer. If you have vscode-workspace-explorer please install this version instead, as vscode-workspace-explorer is no longer supported.

There is also a note in the Q&A section of the legacy extension. However, some users don't read it.

I installed by mistake the older one and found this issue again 😅.
