Best practice for connectivity for Chrome on Android #313

Today we don't have a recommended way to change the connectivity when you run your tests on your mobile phone. In the docs we talk about https://github.com/phuedx/micro-device-lab and it is still some work to make that working super clean.

What's the best way to do this? Ideas/suggestions are very welcomed :)

Updated the docs for using TSProxy for now.

Using WebPageReplay to replay and setting latency on localhost works good: https://www.sitespeed.io/documentation/sitespeed.io/webpagereplay/
