Get label printing rows and cols from database #25

Get the label printing rows and cols from the database when loading the printlabels.php instead of using hardcoded 6 rows and 2 cols. Otherwise you have to modify the source every time or keep in mind to click on the first saved preset that the correct settings are loaded.

@sivann Out of curiosity: Did you notice this pull request and is it OK or anything wrong with it?

Asking since it's a long while since I created it and there has been no response at all yet :(
