Hash passwords #42

Sorry, I'm not sure how to get both file edits into one pull request.

Thank you but ITDB is for intranet, and is not considered secure as it is. This simple hash does not improve on security. Moreover the code for authentication is missing. I must rewrite the whole thing at some point. _Edit: _ I just saw the rest of the code is on another pull request.
