Allow to assign software to users #54

This add ability to assign software to users instead of items, 1) Add new table users2soft 2) Add new license type "User" 3) Add new tab "User Associations" on editsoftware page 4) Update listsoftware logic to count software usage if license type is "User" 5) Update edituser page to show assigned software

Really interesting!

We (@TeamSF) implemented this feature as well in our forked version of ITDB. Curious if the developer of ITDB will merge this Pull Request to the official ITDB...
