Major Update ITDB #77

Try to major update ITDB first time on 2021 with future :

  1. Remove flash element
  2. Remove swf folder & files >> no needed
  3. Update datatables to new version
  4. Update tcpdf to version 6.3.5
  5. Minor cuscomize UI
  6. Add IDR/Rp cuurency
