• fix uptime-tracker issues after separate from this repo
• use skycoin docker hub registery images instead old ones in skycoinpro
• fix docs and scripts on e2e/integration test
• apply recent changes in old repo as mirror (https://github.com/SkycoinPro/skywire-services/pull/661)
