Added container and widgets for profile form- user need to fill it in after the first login
Moved submit button to common
Changed name of AuthLayout to SliverLayout- I reused this in profile form
Added constant for bold font

I've not finished this form, I need to add uploading user avatar, select for country and gender itd.
