Let Roles Handle List of Targets / Sources #13

Depends on #11 Implement Target for All Creeps, #12 Implement Source for All Creeps

The role config should contain a list of targets / sources that can and will be used for new creeps. If no targets / sources are left when a creep is spawned, spawn it without any.

Maybe it's not only sources / targets, but entire memories?
