Convert Artemis Engine's .ast script file to json

This tool is built by click and lex-yacc, and only test on ハミダシクリエイティブ and ハミダシクリエイティブ凸.

Usage

You can use the cli tool parser.py and type

python parser.py --help

for detailed help
