Too few temperature broadcasts #21

I'm seeing very few temperature broadcast messages from my TRVs (HR91s). Perhaps one or two per hour. Lots of temperature broadcast messages from the controller. What's the best way to try and work out where the problem lies? I'm using evofw3.

Please ignore - I've realised that temperature transmissions are proportional to rate of change to temperature.
