This is a bit pedantic, but when I re-read the language about timezones from #30, I felt like we could be slightly more clear that we were referring to the Slot’s Location and not, for example, the requester’s timezone or the managing organization’s headquarters timezone. (One easy misreading I can imagine is that you might read this as the requester’s timezone, and the reason it’s SHOULD and not SHALL is because you might be publishing flat files and can’t check the requester’s IP address.)
