When "destroying" gift card record, do not redirect page #202

If I destroy a gift card record on a person page, I receive a dialog box asking me if I am sure and then the page is redirected to the "Recent sign-ups who need gift cards" ( /gift_cards ) page. @shua123 will investigate ways so that the page will not redirect.

This has been implemented on is now on production.
