Lack of configuration file. #5

I really do not like the idea of exposing jabber component secret (--secret) 
via the command line. ATM I can not avoid this due lack of configuration 
file. I see this feature present in the past but was lost in action a long 
time ago. I going to restore it and would like to know if anyone have strong 
objection against using stock plistlib (since Python 2.6) for the purpose.

You can make .tap files which store start options, which is the purpose of 
another
config file?

Hm. Which .tap files you talking about? Those I am aware of are deprecated and 
to be 
honest can't be called configuration files. Give me a hint, please. Thanks.

The purpose of plain xml configuration file is to have open door for external 
configuration utilities.
