what works: seems that after power out, get recovery, updateIp runs as cron job on the 50's and ayvexService seems to start and run nodejs and "simple" script.

what does not: google domain reg after power fail not coded. add to updateIp

what does not: at some point the server's no longer running. maybe (likely) not from power but rather code exit

have script to upgrade google domain update. need to integrate. checks the web server's running at localhost, ayvexllc.com and ayvex.dnsalias.com

did a checkin just now. want to see it survive a power fail before giving it a prize. did the initial code to update dyn get replaced completely by the new code?
