Description

Ticket-System is a MERN Stack application designed to be a collaborative platform for developers to post,retrieve, solve and remove questions for bounties or financial compensation as user incentives. It offers a comprehensive solution for users that are looking for help with specific programming issue from their immediate peers. With features like user authentication to keep information secure, with a model hierarchy that helps track issue resolution status, and ReactJS implementation to reduce reindeer time of updates it streamlines the time needed for users to have their questions answered.

Installation

This application is available via Heroku, but if you'd like to download it to your local machine, you can follow these simple steps:

1. Clone this repository.
2. Navigate into the repository directory on your local machine.
3. Run npm install to install the necessary dependencies.
4. Make sure MongoDB is running on your machine (mongod command).
5. Run npm start to start the application.

Usage

Ticket-System is your go-to platform for resolving programming issues collaboratively. Post, retrieve, and comment on questions while contributing to the resolution process, potentially earning incentives for your efforts. Our search feature makes finding relevant discussions fast and efficient.
