In terms of trying to save some time and computational power, if I already have a centroid calculation file between two organisms, is it independent of the data such that I can point to it for any other integration between the two organisms?
Yeah it should independent, but the current setup is that if you use a centroid file the datasets you are integrating should have all the genes listed in the centroid file. You might have to manually edit the file.
