Maintain SDL 1.2 code #7

Since SDL2 is still horribly broken on the Raspberry Pi, I need to maintain the original SDL1.2 code.

SDL 2.0.3 is conflicting with zdoom's stack, causing the zone heap's garbage collector to crash.

This isn't needed anymore; some hacked SDL2 libraries fixed this issue - it was a raspberry pi firmware issue causing the crashes.
