Related to #110 this is an update of Nagios 4 headers as suggested by @sni

This should ensure the consol labs pre-built versions of the nagios4 neb module are compatible with nagios 4.3 onwards.

It looks like the broken SSL certificate chain (certificates are in incorrect order on labs.consol.de webserver) has broken the CI test. I've emailed consol labs to let them know.
