Transfer this repo over to the Microsoft Org #17

OK I had to cyberstalk you to figure this out, but I guess you used to work at MS, but don't anymore so this plug-in (and the Split) are no longer going to be maintained. Could they be transfered to the Microsoft or ALM-Rangers organizations to be maintained going forward?

@beccamch I noticed that you seem to have gotten access to one of the other repos. Is this something you can take a look at?

@nschonni I'll try to look at this too. I don't have an ETA on when I can, but I've seen there are lot of people hurting from this.
