We have amassed a few Grafana dashboards, and some cleanup is now needed.

Most are unused and should simply be removed
Other should be adapted to our needs, and often simplified
We should remove all dependencies to AngularJS plugins since support will be removed in Grafana 11 (coming in May)

This is mostly done, here are the changes that could still be useful:

[ ] Add percent gauges in Adguard top tables
[ ] Get inspiration from Traefik official dashboard on which metrics would be useful (Apdex scores and such?)
