Engineering Telescope Proposal for 21A #20

Sand will write an engineering telescope proposal for 21A to do tasks for the upgrade. Likely to perform specific tasks:

  1. Testing of new galil and gigabit network
  2. Integration of new mountain computers?
  3. Specific hardware components? E.g. new guider and associated software.
  4. Mike’s IQ pipeline
  5. Data reduction pipeline
  6. Some survey/queue operations

Please add anything you think would be useful.
