Investigate PHD2 install on bart and artn desktop #39

Image downloads from the new guide camera are slow on these two machines, while it is speedy on @cjastro 's desktop. The suspicion is that binning is not working on the bart/artn installs.

@cjastro will investigate.

CJ has found the binning issue with the new guider. One should control the binning under the 'brain' icon (Advanced Settings) IMG_2203 as in the screen shot (note where the cursor is pointed).

Note, DO NOT use the other possible settings for the binning (see screen shot). This will work for one image, and then revert back to 1x1 binning. This is not ideal, but I do not think we're going to edit the relevant phd2/indi code. I'm closing this issue for now IMG_2204 .
