Write INDI driver to talk to the 90" mount #45

We need this so that the new guide camera can control the mount....so we can actually guide!

@cjastro says this is a 2-3 hour job and that he will tackle it on Monday Jan 24.

@cjastro did a good job of this, and we were able to guide with the new camera. I will check in with him if there is anything more to be done before closing this issue.

@cjastro would be able to fill in more details, but while working with the new guide camera, we discovered a small bug in this code that was causing guide camera moves of only integer arcsec values. Obviously, this is not ideal, but CJ has fixed the bug. We look forward to testing it on sky.

CJ also made a new indiserver autoguider icon on bart's desktop for easy setup and running of the new guider.

Since we were not able to test this on-sky, we want to test the fix to the 'integer arcsec' bug during the April 2022 engineering run.

The 'integer arcsec' bug appears to be resolved. Will close this issue for now.
