move 90Prime computer rack fiber #59

The new 90Prime computer rack is meant to be 'always on', even during lightning shutdowns. However, we plugged in one end of fiber into a router that gets disabled during lightning shutdown. We need to put that fiber into a router that does not get switch off during lightning shutdown (there is one), and make sure all other network settings are still OK.

Fiber has moved. Will close after the next lightning shutdown when we confirm this worked!
