Filter wheel labels not read correctly by rts2, but is read correctly by mont4k gui to do so.

It is confirmed that filters must be read by fw-gui before starting rts2 on the first night of the observing run.

We need to modify rts2 to read the filters in the wheel or develop a script to read the filters without using fw-gui.
