[F] DIS-373 Link collections and favourites on the profile card

Manual testing:

• Login with your user
• Avatar > My profile
• You should see the new "Collecitons and Activity links" with their respective number
• Create more collections to check that the number in the previous screen is increased. You can use Emacs restclient.el or similar:

- Create more activities using the platform UI  and check that the number in the profile screen is increased
- Go to  Avatar > My collections and click in "Your"
- Go to Avatar > My Activity and click in "Your"
- Log in as other user and check that the profile, activities and collections page for the previous user are correct.
