0.0.17 - Debug console hanging

Description After the update to 0.0.17 i notice there is a lot more hanging of the console logs in the Debug Console, clean rebuild often solves this. Same with "right click to inspect" which seems to be less stable. Using npx expo run:ios and the IOS simulator complets successfully, so no issues with the build or environment.

• 0.0.17
• Expo SDK 51.0.26, react native 0.74.5
• Any other versions of tools related to the problem.
